- Boiled chana (black small) (30 gm)
- Potato, boiled (1)
- Tomato (1/2)
- Onion (1/2)
- Red bell pepper (1/2 )
- Capsicum (1/2)
- Red chilli (¼ tsp )
- Green chilli (1)
- Jeera powder (½ tsp)
- Salt (to taste)
- Lemon juice (1/2)
- Coriander (for garnishing)
- Fortune VIVO Diabetes-Care Oil (2 tsp)
Got all your ingredients together? Well, then let’s begin…
First up, you need to soak the chana overnight and drain it the next morning. Once drained, steam or pressure cook the soaked chana till soft.
Now let’s get chopping! Cut the onion, potato, tomato, capsicum, red bell pepper and chilli; set them aside.
Heat Fortune VIVO Diabetes-Care Oil in a pan.
Throw in the green chilli and onions and sauté for a minute. Then add the other veggies and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Time to add the steamed chana, salt, red chilli, jeera powder and mix well.
